Mental Wellness
Becoming A Patient
Women and children who meet the following criteria are supported at the EFry Health Center
1. A resident of Surrey-North Delta B.C. OR an existing client of EFry Greater Vancouver Programs and Services across the Lower Mainland.
AND
2. Do not have a family doctor in B.C.
(The Catchment area for the Health Centre is Surrey-North Delta, which includes North Delta-West Newton; North Surrey-Whalley, Guildford, Cloverdale-Panorama, Fleetwood, and East Newton)
ADDITIONALLY
3. Individuals are currently experiencing 2 or more of the following: · Homelessness / Housing insecurity · Substance Use / Substance Use Disorder · Mental Health condition(s) · Domestic Violence and/or have been impacted by the Criminal Justice System

The EFry Health is hiring for number of positions on our fully-integrated, multi-disciplinary+ care team. We offer a supportive, collegial work environment and competitive compensation packages. As EFry Health Centre patients may have more complex needs, providers will offer service contracts with no overhead fees to support optimized care.
