There is so much information online, it can be hard to determine what we should and shouldn’t be doing when it comes to health. I find that sometimes, the easiest answers are the most simple ones – eat whole foods, listen to your body, feed your body nourishing things and stay hydrated. Sometimes, it can be that simple.
