Immune System Nutrition

I got the chance recently to host another successful education workshop at EFry Health Centre. It was a success! The women and I were able to chat about nutrition concerns, questions and discuss some in depth topics on immune system. It is a tough flu season this year, what can you do to decrease your chance of getting a virus? Or, if you do get sick, how do you make sure you recover quickly? It’s so hard on the body when you’re sick – so much fatigue, maybe a sore throat, which makes eating and staying hydrated really difficult. Your body might feel weak, and if you can’t get in the proper nutrition and exercise, it can feel even weaker.
